I have been actively involved in the perfection of securities for the following financial institutions: Housing Finance Company of Kenya Limited Kenya Commercial Bank Limited The Co-operative Bank of Kenya Limited Kenya Tourism Development Corporation National Bank of Kenya Limited Trans-National Bank Limited My exposure has included the drawing and registration of charges, discharges, debentures, guarantees and chattels mortgage instruments. I am also quite conversant with matters pertaining to the drawing of Sale Agreements relating to the purchase and sale of properties by private treaty and attending to the completion of the relevant transfers.

I have a vast working experience in debt collection for the financial companies aforementioned in Clause I(a) above. My exposure has included drafting and issuing the relevant Statutory Notices, instructing the auctioneers and defending injunction suits filed against the chargees. In the duration of my years in practice, I have handled over 1,000 debt collection files for the aforementioned financial institutions both contentious and non contentious.
